Ever since I was a young adult, I have been interested in health and helping others wherever I can. Through the study of Kinesiology, I learned how to teach others ways to heal injuries and prevent new ones from occurring. Combining my own experiences with sports and rehabilitating my own injuries, I have learned that there is more to Kinesiology than just teaching people the proper movements, release work, and techniques. I have the ability to support people through their emotional lows, and I understand that the mental side of an injury can be more taxing than the physical side. I believe this is what sets me apart from many others in the Kinesiology field.
